The company is into provided consulting services to customers and the company bills its customers on the time spent by employees in consulting. The application tracks the time for each project and generates a bill based on hourly rates.

October 2006 Interactive Advertisement Serving Service
CNPL has won a very large landmark contract from one of the largest UK based Advertising Company for design and development of an Online Interactive Advertisement Serving Service. The project is on a hosted environment to enable advertisers to incorporate real-time product data (e.g. schedules, availability, prices , discounts etc) into online advertisements (e.g. banner ads) placed on publisher sites (e.g. portals) . Further, it is envisaged to allow browsers to interact with Advertisers from within the Publisher site to engage with the Advertiser site. This will eventually faciliate Advertisers to attract better qualified consumers with a greater propensity to buy and thus reduce the cost of customer acquisition. This is a very challenging project that involves developing dynamic form builders for selected web-service and will call the web-service in real-time to process the generated queries.

CNPL has been awarded the contract to develop, deploy and facilitate an online Event Management application with Ecommerce and online delivery tracking mechanism. This project involves creating a ticket booking platform that will allow multiple organizations to create different events, tickets, create independent portal and shopping cart for each event and manage the ticket sales directly through the application. The customer can view these events, buy tickets, endorse/cancel/transfer orders and perform host of other activities. This application is being developed for a US-based company that intends to make this portal available to various organizations all over the world!

The project is challenging as it involves automating the complete vehicle routing and scheduling operations by optimizing the capacity and time constraints. The application will be using Google Maps API for directions and routing.

The customer is in the business of providing back-end services to large event organizers and automating the ticket-booking process by providing a web-interface with payment-gateway to enable customers to book tickets online. The company is web-enabling the Order Management features that will facilitate organizers to view their ticket sales and revenues generated from the system. CNPL is creating the end-to-end application by automating the complete back-end process.

The system is a very useful tool for filtering candidates during the selection process saving a lot of manual efforts involved in the process where the number of applicants is huge. The details of the test date and timings are informed to the candidates by mail. The access to the online test is through secured password and for limited time with online clock features. The questions can be seen only after logging in. On expiry of the time the access is automatically terminated. Applications with higher scores only are called for interviews. This system has generated tremendous interest and enthusiasm. This application is implemented by CNPL at many large companies also.
January 2006 Cyberindigo successfully launches an Intranet Training Portal for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited connecting about 10,000 employees in the Fortune 500 Organization.
Cyberindigo has completed the deployment of an intranet portal for the Training Department of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. The project was quite challenging as part of the data had to be extracted from their ERP system, J.D.Edwards on DB2 while the actual portal backend is Oracle 9i. The portal connects the Training department with employees and faculty. The LMS system implemented allows the Training department to attach learning modules and create self-assessment tests. An online Quiz system has been incorporated in the system which allows the Corporation to conduct pre and post training tests in order to assess the employee skills. The employee authentication system has been integrated with LDAP single sign-on system. A separate extranet portal allowing the faculty to login and interact with corporation is one of the key attractions of the site. Some of the other features of the portal include Scheduling a training program, receiving employee nominations, employee assessment for accepting nominations, faculty interaction and knowledge management with complete search features. The project has been built using ASP.Net with c# as the business logic program and Oracle 9i as the backend database.
