The team at Cyberindigo are the first ever software project I have contracted out of UK, so I was a little nervous about it. I sent a detailed list of specifications, required data and HTML templates, together with how the whole thing was going to behave. After some initial discussion we agreed on the consideration and a timescale. They completed it around 3 weeks ahead of schedule, much to my pleasure. There were around 3 rounds of revisions after the first draft was completed. The first draft was incredibly 95% of the way there. CNPL and its team can soak up instructions and guidance like a sponge!!! After about two weeks in testing, we signed off the project and paid them the final money gladly. I am genuinely delighted with the system we got back from them - it does exactly what I wanted it to do. In terms of communication with them, they were with me every step of the way. These guys work 5 hours ahead of GMT - they were answering questions for me and it must have been 10 in the evening in India. A great bunch of guys, very technical and talented. We''ll be using them again in the next 2 months to produce the next set of functions for this system. I have no hesitation in recommending Cyberindigo and their very nice people.
